Our Aged Tangerine Peel & Lemon Infusion is handcrafted in Canada using only Xinhui chen pi aged 15 years or more. These aged peels are shipped directly from Xinhui to Canada and are the only ingredient we source from overseas.

^We use only Xinhui chen pi aged 15 years or more in this product. These aged peels are shipped directly from Xinhui to Canada. Similar to fine wine, aged tangerine peel (chen pi) is valued for its origin, growing conditions, aging process, and the subtle characteristics that influence its aroma, medicinal properties, and value. We personally visited farms in Xinhui and learned directly from local producers to better understand the craftsmanship behind traditional chen pi aging. By sourcing directly from the region, we help ensure the quality, authenticity, and proper aging of this special ingredient used in our products.
