We don’t have a permanent retail store, but you can shop our products in person at Makers’ Market (3069 Dundas St West, Toronto) at the same prices as online.We also participate in local pop-up markets, where you can meet us and try selected products. Yes! We offer free Canada-wide shipping on orders over $100. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We have 7 pick up locations across the Greater-Toronto-Area, and 3 locations only for evening pick up. Our pick up are face-to-face pick up. You can choose these pick up locations at Check-out.

Yes. Some of our traditional herbal infusions and herbal mocktails contain traditional sugars such as Yellow Rock Sugar (黃冰糖) and Dark Brown Sugar (黑糖), reflecting the flavours and recipes of traditional Chinese culinary heritage.
Our recipes are inspired by the traditional Asian philosophy of “Food as Medicine” (藥食同源). This reflects our cultural and culinary heritage and is not a medical claim.
All of our products are made locally in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our products are prepared by our team in licensed commercial facilities, using carefully selected ingredients and materials, many of which are sourced locally through Ontario suppliers.Over 90% of our ingredients and packaging are sourced through Ontario suppliers, and our products proudly carry the official Ontario Made designation. Quality and ingredient selection are important to us.
All Blossom products are made in small batches to maintain freshness and quality. Unopened herbal concentrates have a shelf life of 12–18 months from the production date; the “Best Before” date is stamped on every package. Our comfort pillows can last 36 months or longer, while our essential oil blends are best used within 18 months from the production date.
